Our recruitment process is straightforward:  

• A candidate's resume is short-listed based on factors including but not limited to education, enthusiasm, and experience;
• A preliminary interview is held to evaluate a candidate's understanding of markets, finance, and accounting;
• If necessary, a candidate is asked to submit a sample research report;
• The final stage is to meet with analyst group to finalize the decision.
